The Accademia currently counts 213 Delegations in Italy and 75 abroad. In Italy, the Delegations are present in every province, sometimes even more than one in a single province, due to the amplitude of the territory and of the performed activity. As a means of cultural promotion, the Delegations of the Accademia are present on the territory, participating in the most important gastronomical exhibitions and directing their own social activities towards initiatives - congresses, publications, historical research, the establishment of prizes and scholarships - aimed at the divulgation of the fundamental principles and values of the Accademia itself.
