The Delegations' publications

Through its most knowledgeable Delegations, the Accademia supervises prestigious publications of high cultural interest, which are dedicated to various moments of the history of the civilisation of the table.

Particularly prestigious is the "series" edited by the Roman Delegation, entitled "A tavola con l'Accademia" ("At table with the Accademia") (the below images are those of the front pages of the volumes published), which is the result of thorough historical and cultural research.
